Don Hume Leathergoods, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date.
Before returning a defective item, contact our Customer Service Department for authorization. After inspection, we may repair or replace the product. If a replacement or repair fee applies, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Items may be returned within 30 business days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be in new, unused condition and will be inspected upon arrival.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or different product.
