Nylon transport belt
Easily secure a prisoner's hands by attaching handcuffs to the belt through a D-ring in the front. Can be secured with a padlock for extra protection. Made from 2" wide polypropylene webbed belt, hook and loop closure provides a double seat for strength and security. Weighs 5-1/3 ozs.
